Land of lunkers.
Big Mantrap Lake is best know for its muskie population. Fish up to 30
pounds roam the cabbage-weed bars and sunken islands.
|

|
The lake also produces excellent catches of northern pike, largemouth and
smallmouth bass and baskets full of panfish - even the occasional
walleye.

When you're casting for those muskies, anything can happen. Records of
10-12 pound northerns, five-pound smallmouth, six pound largemouth and
even 17" crappies. No doubt about it--the fishing's great at Mantrap!
